HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Ticket Seller provides onsite guest service and processes admissions ticket sales along with other administrative duties. This position reports to the Admissions Lead, Supervisor and Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Opens and closes cash register in ticket booths
  • Counts cash and gives correct change
  • Assists in performing general clerical work in Admissions office
  • Provides general information to our guests
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Energetic individuals who can provide our guests with exceptional customer service experience in a fast paced environment. Requirements include a positive attitude, have the ability to communicate effectively and an eagerness to put your passion for wildlife to work. All shifts are outdoors and require to be standing for a long period of time. Interested applicants are preferred to be available any of the seven days of the week. Availability of 4 days a week including holidays and weekends are required. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

  • Position Type: Hourly Part-Time Non-Exempt Union Position - If selected, there will be fees and dues to be paid to the Union.
