eightsettlersdistillery.com is a Utah distillery currently

serving the needs of local liquor stores and restaurants in the Park City and Salt Lake City areas.

We are currently seeking an inside / outside sales representative who is goal-driven, loves a fast-paced environment, wants to make a positive difference and have the ability to increase our sales by providing an excellent knowledge of our products and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proven track record working as an Account or Sales Representative and leading directly Key Accounts or Third-party relationships
• Experience serving convenience, beverage, spirit sales, restaurant accounts strongly preferred
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus (Spanish, other)
• Proficiency in software & technology (including but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Office,

Google Workspace)

• Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate

recommendations and efficiently champion customer needs

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
• Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Bachelors degree in communications a plus

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Develop existing business by increasing volume, sku count, and purchase frequency
• Source new business through store visits and customer calls; Must be comfortable converting cold

leads to customers

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and be responsive to customers’ needs
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations teams to ensure alignment and proper execution
• Leverage systems, processes, and best practices to effectively sell in products

- Achieve observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks. - Take great care of the work to ensure all aspects of work are completed accurately and on time

• Demonstrate achievement and consistently exceeding critical metrics, revenue targets, and company goals
• Provide timely feedback from the field to senior management and team members to ensure any issues are addressed in an expedited manner

Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance coverage per the Company’s specifications

Must have deep knowledge of the Utah DABS rules and regulations

Must be able to lift products from 25lb to 50lb on a regular basis

Must be punctual and have reliable automobile transportation
