Our Marketing Interns are given an incredible opportunity to work with our management team to grow the presence and brand of Greenbox Storage on your campus. This role teaches you how to successfully market so that you can go out and launch your own startup.

The Marketing Internship position simple, but not easy. You number one goal is to convince as many students as possible to use Greenbox Storage for their storage needs. You will be trained and provided information about tactics that are proven to be successful. All that needs to be done is for you to go out and do them.

About Greenbox Storage

Our company provides a hassle-free, pickup and delivery summer storage service for college students across the United States. Our Mission is to relieve stress for college students during periods of transition to help them reach their academic goals. Our goal is to impact and improve the lives of 100,000 college students by our 10th year in operation.

Position Requirements

• Freshman, sophomore, or junior, or senior at your university
• Relentless work ethic
• Determination for self improvement
• Problem solving ability - challenges will be thrown at you. Do you have the necessary street smarts.
• Top notch communication - this is a fast-paced business. Quick and efficient communication is a must.
• High standards - our service is the best in the country. We need Marketing Interns who will maintain this level of quality.
• Knowledge of your campus - you will be conducting guerrilla marketing on campus.
• Relentless determination to get things done the right way.

Job Responsibilities

At the beginning of your employment, you will work your way through our video training course. You will learn everything about the business, from how it was formed, to how to complete sales, marketing, and moving operations.

Once spring term approaches, you will start to conduct sales and marketing operations. Throughout the entire spring semester, it is your job to ensure that every single on-campus student at your school knows what Greenbox Storage is. You will develop your communication and selling ability throughout the semester.

Each week, you will meet with your supervisor to monitor progress, celebrate wins, and create a plan for the following week.

Compensation

We know it's cliche, but what you put into it is what you get out of it. If you give it your all, you will have an unmatched employment experience that you will be able to leverage in post-graduate job interviews. Not only that, but you will make a boatload of money doing it.

The compensation package is as follows:

1. You will be paid $15/hour

2. You will be paid $15 for every order

3. You will earn up to $50 each week in performance bonuses

With a conservative goal of 100 customers this year, you will likely earn around $5,000 for the work you put in this spring. Not only will you have the opportunity to earn a lot of money, but the experience and knowledge you will gain throughout this semester will be invaluable.
