LOCATION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Senior Manager, EUMDR/IVDR Master Data is responsible for leading the master data activities and deliverables across multiple ERPs and WMS systems and business, regional, functional process areas for the EUMDR/IVDR logistics systems implementation project. This position is temporary and will extend through project completion, not to exceed September 2023. Global Oversight for master data objects related to EUMDR/IVDR implementation objectives.

• Partner with TGS, vendor partners, BD business units and functions to develop EDM strategy, plan, deliverables, and timing for master data to support EUMDR/IVDR requirements.

• Drive MDM activities on EUMDR/IVDR Distribution Systems Implementation including critical data load planning, management, execution and validation for test, cutover simulation, and production.

• Develop Master Data Governance Strategy for new SAP Sales Order Storage Location Exception Table.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key business decisions and commitments while coordinating resource plans and driving business data results for successful DC execution of EUMDR/IVDR compliance.

• Ensure functions & associates supporting MDM understand their project deliverables and ongoing responsibilities as relates to EUMDR/IVDR master data impacting the DCs.

• Manage centralized MDM progress reporting for milestone master data activities, spearhead post go-live health monitoring and issue resolution.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Master Data Analytics, Data Migration & Validation, Data Governance

• Minimum of 7 years’ Systems experience with ERP and WMS supply chain data objects, data loads, validation, and reporting, preferably in a regulated industry

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience working as an integral lead of a systems implementation project

• Experience with standard query language concepts to provide data and perform business research

COMPETENCIES:

• Highly organized; experience aligning cross functional teams and the ability to influence others

• High tolerance for ambiguity, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

• Expert knowledge of SAP and JDE, WMS systems, data extraction methodologies

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required to communicate effectively and comfortably with cross functional key stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to manage project activities while working across multiple regions and time zones, and to hold owners accountable for key project milestones

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related field or relevant combination of education, experience, and training

• Oracle SQL Development

• Experience with Manhattan WMS a plus

• Travel up to 30%
