Summary
The CAPIT Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the CAPIT module of PLANIT for the client organization. Works closely with HR and managers to ensure that MYTIME accounts are created for new employees and contractors in a timely fashion. Provides an initial introduction to MYTIME to new employees and serves as the initial point of contact for questions. Works closely client MYTIME and Resource Forecasting leads to ensure the CAPIT data is addressing the requirements of the MYTIME and Resource Forecasting modules. Responsible for the quality of the client data in the CAPIT module of PLANIT.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with HR and managers to learn about new/departing employees and contractors.
- Establishes MYTIME accounts for new employees and contractors by creating an entry in the CAPIT module in a timely fashion. Collects the information required for the CAPIT entry from HR and the manager. Ensures alignment of the information provided with the PLANIT Resource Breakdown Structure.
- Closes MYTIME accounts when employees and contractors leave the organization
- Establishes vacancies in CAPIT
- Maintains the quality of the data in the client component of the CAPIT module
- Supports the client Resource Demand Forecasting efforts by maintaining the lowest level of the Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS Level 9) via entries in the CAPIT module
- Provides an initial introduction to MYTIME to new employees and contractors
- Serves as the initial point of contact about MYTIME from client colleagues. Addresses basic entry and coding questions and elevates more complex and/or technical issues as required.
- Collaborates with the Capacity Coordinates from the broader AZ organization to share best practices, process improvements and learn about technical changes
Education / Experience
- Education / experience in Project Management, ideally in the biotech industry
- Experience working within a high paced fluid environment
Key Skills
- A strong working knowledge of Planisware and the MS Office Suite are required
- Attention to detail and customer service skills are required
- Must be able to interact and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Consistently demonstrates respect for people and relates to people in an open, professional, and encouraging manner
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities, tasks and demands
- Works independently, takes initiative and completes tasks to deadlines
- Business process design skills are desired
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
