What You Will Do
Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with the established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. Performs extended role procedures as defined by Standardized Procedures to facilitate the timely and appropriate care process of the outpatient clinic population.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
3 Years experience as a nurse practitioner.
California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
California Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certificate - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a aesthetic nurse practitioner.
ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association -PREFERRED
DEA Controlled Substance Registration - U.S. Department of Justice -PREFERRED
Essential Functions
Clinical skills
Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skill and technical expertise in assigned area and within scope of practice.
Uses well developed assessment skills to deliver all nursing care.
Fully successful in performing/assisting with all tests and procedures in assigned department.
Able to prepare patient for examination or procedure. Obtains complete and accurate consent for procedures/surgery.
Accurately documents patient care per protocol. Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.

Listens to patients. Collects pertinent information, recognized the urgency of the patient’s problem and routes to the physicians. Returns phone calls according to physician instruction. May schedule patients’ appointments.

Demonstrates collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, families, and all other internal and external customers to ensure patient and hospital outcomes.
Seeks clinical guidance from physician partners and obtains necessary co-signatures when needed.
Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and marketing teams to achieve company goals. Participates in quality improvement programs and utilization management.
Coordinates with staff in setting patient-centered goals to meet outcomes.
Assists staff with implementation of patient improvement processes.
Evaluate care, identify problems, and initiate actions per standardized procedures or physician orders.
Communicates with all levels of personnel and patient / family to coordinate and facilitate timely patient care and discharge.
Facilitates the ethical decision-making in patient care.
Anticipates patient outcomes and takes appropriate action to ensure or minimize deviations in care.
