Registration/Scheduling Specialist Job at Beartooth Billings Clinic
The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for greeting patients and their families when they arrive at the facility. They register patients to make sure all patient information including demographic and insurance information is accurate and up to date. They also schedule, reschedule and coordinate appointments in a manner that meets the patient’s needs while coordinating with the Providers schedules and protocols.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills
SCHEDULE:
- 7:30am-6:30pm, four days per week
- Monday - Friday
