The Provider Relations Analyst is responsible for managing the workforce of HouseCalls Practitioners from a logistical and operational perspective. The PR Analyst will analyze market data, review scheduling conditions, forecast production, and identify trends to present information for operational and business planning. Working collaboratively with clinical field managers, PR Analyst ensures the HouseCalls Practitioners are effectively utilized to minimize travel time and maximize scheduling and visit completion within their assigned market.

The Provider Relations Analyst will report into the Regional Manager, Provider Relations. The role supports short and long term operational business activities by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate and effective communication with the Clinical Team Managers in the field within assigned territory
  • Conduct market specific analysis to manage capacity according to current production requirements and constraints
  • Responsible for assuring practitioners have loaded required hours of availability and assignments are made in a timely fashion
  • Execute practitioner assignments that ensure target outcomes are achieved within assigned territory
  • Ensure effective communication with other teams to assure APC Network Operations issues are managed quickly and efficiently
  • Monitor production in assigned territory and work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain strategies that address deficiencies
  • Submit timely and accurate reports regarding production in assigned territory
  • Provide quality assistance to HouseCalls Practitioner field by quickly and efficiently addressing practitioner concerns
  • Achieve performance metrics related to operational processes and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work or educational experience with interpreting and summarize large data sets to drive informed actions
  • 1+ years of work or educational experience sourcing data, and analyzing, trending and producing a forecast from findings
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, sumif, etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, business, or other related field
  • Professional experience in operations, workforce management or data analysis
  • Professional experience in data modeling, trending, and forecasting

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $23.94 to $42.40. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
