Evocative is seeking an experienced Project Manager that will be responsible for the on-schedule, on-budget execution of multiple, complex projects. The position is required to work or engage cross-functional departments and clients, according to current requirements, and to accomplish the above tasks. This position is responsible for managing projects working with end users to gather requirements, developing project budgets and cost estimations, determining project schedules, managing to deadlines, directing the design and development phases, and providing status updates and reports.

Position Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and coordinate resources, schedules, and tasks assignments
• Plan, manage and implement projects from inception to completion
• Ensure deadlines, milestones, deliverables, and cost targets are met
• Monitor and measures project performance and risks using appropriate tools and techniques; perform required corrective actions as needed
• Communicate project status, including risks to all stakeholders and project team members
• Ensure decisions and outcomes are documented appropriately
• Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and notifying the billing team
• Works closely with the PMO, providing input on methods and recommending changes in processes, standards, and strategies
• Work effectively with external vendors and all levels of technical staff, management, and stakeholders
• Estimate and Forecast resources / project budget
• Other duties as assigned
