ANALYGENCE provides USCYBERCOM with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in the superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise. The position will support 90% telework and 10% onsite support at Fort Meade.

Will work with J9 Front Office and associated J9 organizations (PEO, CPO, Etc) on generating official job descriptions for new Government openings to process through USCC HR and eventually onto the USARMY’s USAJOBs account. The position will support the daily business operations to include workflow activities, briefings, and monthly reviews, creating and follow-up on action items, and coordination of functions.

• An active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
• Needs background in HR processing, ideally with USCC or USARMY
• Experience writing job descriptions
• Experience working with the USAJOBs posting process (desired)
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and minimum of 3 years of related experience (In lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associate’s degree with an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted).
• Ability to manage team environment dynamics (liaise with both internal and external organizations across the DoD, the Intelligence Community and non-DoD government agencies to achieve common goals)
• Flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time sensitive matters (This is key).
• Requires attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities.
