Rosemary Beach, Northwest Florida’s premiere Gulf front community, is currently looking to immediately hire a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Executes work order assignments and follows through if task is not able to be completed
• Perform routine monthly inspections with detailed checklist
• Repair and replace items observed during inspection
• Perform duties professionally and orderly when guests are present

Key Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess at least 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair
• Competencies in every day plumbing and HVAC repairs
• Ability to repair doors, windows, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry
• Remodeling work as needed all with minimal assistance or supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as well as after hour callouts
• CPO Certification is preferred.
