POSITION SUMMARY
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager will be responsible for leading the DE&I program in their assigned geographic area to build a culture of belonging at Monarch Healthcare. The DE&I Manager will work to assemble a group of diverse staff from all levels to be part of their DE&I team.
This position does require travel to the following facilities:
North Shore Estates
Superior Rehabilitation
The Emeralds at Grand Rapids
Waterview Shores – Two Harbors
Waterview Pines – Virginia
Waterview Woods – Eveleth
The Estates at Linden
The Estates
at
Greeley
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field.
Preferred Experience/Education
- Master’s Degree in Human Services field.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience
- SNF/ALF experience
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to work with or without supervision and be a team player.
- Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English.
- Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
