Summary

Provides analytical support for commercial banking including an independent analysis of the creditworthiness of commercial and business customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• UWM to provide production goals based upon needed level of supervision and complexity of deal flow.
• Work directly with the RM to ensure accurate reflection of financials
• Work directly with the RM to ensure accurate preparation of Loss Given Default, Probability of Default and Risk Adjusted Return on Capital models at time of new/renew requests.
• Ensure accurate reflection of lending matrix authority
• Ensure coding
• Ensure recognition of Policy Exceptions.
• Finalize credit package with conditions precedent as needed to ensure Loan Closing has a complete approval package.
• Follow procedures to ensure that the system of record (Loan Quality Assurance System) is documented with the reviewed items and forwarded for signature to CRM.
• Identify portfolio weaknesses and trends and alert CRM and UW Manager to deteriorating portfolio conditions
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office suite
