JOB SUMMARY:
Our Delivery Drivers are the face of our company. Ideal candidates for this position will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring a safe, accurate, efficient, friendly, and timely delivery. The Delivery Driver is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for each and every customer.
PAY & REIMBURSEMENT:
- Drivers start @ $15/hour
- .44 cents a for each mile driven (paid in cash after each shift)
- Cash Tips daily
- Employee Discounts @ STIIIZY Retail
- Sick Time after 90 days
- Vehicle Maintenance Assistance Program after 90 days (We help with repairs)
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring company phone for new orders or messages
- Checking customer identification
- Accepting cash or card payments
- Adhering to all traffic and vehicle laws
- Following company procedures and DCC laws
- Providing great customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must 21 years of age
- Valid California Driver's license
- Must have a reliable vehicle - we do not have company cars
- Valid Vehicle Registration
- Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years
- Must be insured on the vehicle
- Vehicle must have a working car alarm system
- All Phones and electronics must be hands-free used in accordance with the laws of the road
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds when loading personal vehicle
- Be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
