5 years ago I decided to quit my secure 9-5 job in order to pursue my dream of building my own real estate brokerage. I worked 60 hour weeks until I finally made enough money to replace the income from my previous job. Once I hit that achievement I started working 80 hour weeks in an effort to scale my business even more.

One day I woke up decided to leave my hometown of NYC to move to Orlando in order to pursue my next venture in life, building a real estate training platform.

Goldbar Content Machine
→ Reels, Tweets, Welcome Posts, Youtube SEO, Analytics, Video Editor

Social Media Management
→ Posting, Commenting, & Engaging on @goldbar IG & TikTok as well as Grammar Checks for content

-Managing my personal social media & messages
-Recording, Creating, & Editing social media content
-Staying on top of the latest trends when it comes to IG & TikTok
-Sitting in on business meetings & making sure weekly goals get accomplished
-Traveling to attend conferences & seminars with me

As you can imagine this will be both a very mentally & physically taxing position. The hours will be long & the pay will not be great… but for good reason. The person I decide to hire for this role will be my protégé. I will teach them everything I know about real estate, personal development, and business.

At just 28 years old I have sold more than $200,000,000 worth of real estate and built a brokerage with +1200 agents across the country. I have a desire to have more than 10,000 agents using our platform over the next 5 years and have every intention of doing so. The person that decides to stick by my side throughout this journey will inherit all of my knowledge, experience, and contacts to potentially create their own 7 figure business in the future.

Rather than looking at this like a job, you must look at this more like a paid internship where you can learn as much as you can about becoming financially free. I cannot guarantee any results, however I can tell you that I will do everything in my power to make sure my current employees become successful long term. I can also assure you that it will be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life. I will challenge you daily to become the best version of yourself and push you to grow in ways you did not know were possible.

This will be unlike any other position you have ever worked in.

Position is full time with a starting salary of $31,200 & potential bonus based on performance. You must have a car and be able to work weekends as well. You must be willing to stick with me through the ups & downs that arise in business, this means having a long term mindset of being in this role for 5+ years. No prior experience is necessary aside from having a strong desire to succeed in life and being able to take orders well.
