Service Manager Job at Mountain View Tire & Service, Inc.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications & skills:
· 5+ years of success in retail automotive sales and operations management
· Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry, including experience with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
· Practical experience in vehicle servicing and repairs
· Good diagnostic skills to identify service requirements and assessments
· Exceptional customer service skills to deal with customer concerns or complaints
· Ability to interpret customers’ descriptions of their vehicle problems and translate those into clear instructions for service technicians
· Excellent communication skills, organizational, selling and customer service skills
· Maximize efficiency, revenue and productivity of the store, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction
· Solid computer skills
· Must be energetic, motivated and able to work independently
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
