Service Maintenance Foreman
$23-$25 + truck/gas allowance
Performance Personnel is looking to hire a knowledgeable Maintenance Technician for the Destin area.
This position is for a service maintenance technician. He will be a one-man team. Needs to have carpentry, concrete, drywall, painting, caulking and everything construction maintenance. We will be given WO for small jobs and will need to be able to complete on his own. This person needs to be responsible and reliable to get the job done without supervision. This person needs to have a valid driver’s license and drug free.
Job duties would include, but not limited to the following:
-Carpentry
Concrete
Caulking
Painting
Dry Wall patches and repairs
Flooring installation and repairs
Hand Rail repairs
Inside and outside construction maintenance work
Requirements:
-Steel toe boots
Not afraid of heights
Plenty of time on feet with walking and lifting
Good organizational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work with little direction
