- 3+ years (too much in current situation?) experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six (6)hours in length.
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
- Creating authentic, memorable guest experiences by assisting the management team in the oversight and organization of the shift.
- Delivering high quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest’s preferences because you are an expert in what we offer.
- Customizing each guest experience by coordinating the execution of our service teams.
- Working side by side your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality and engagement.
- Working with members of management in support, training and development of the team.
