We are currently looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist for our offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.

Summary/Objective
The Sr HR Generalist will perform human resource duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: employee relations, training, and employment.

Essential Functions of the Senior HR Generalist:*

- Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
- Provide information and support to all employees regarding holidays, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and all other benefits, and serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
- Conduct new hire onboarding, and exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and/or provide training to the workforce.
- Maintain and coordinate employee recognition, and health and wellness programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience of the Senior HR Generalist
- Required: Bachelor of Business Administration from an accredited program.
- Required: 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Preferred: Background in employment law.
Requirements of the Senior HR Generalist
- This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., and Fridays 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Must be willing to be flexible with hours as after hour needs may arise.
- Weekly travel between offices in Raleigh and Charlotte is required.
- Local travel to various worksites is required.
- Must adhere to all company screenings.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift upto 15lbs at a time.
- Must be able to access and navigate each departments office and/or job site.
