The Financial Operations Team is responsible for carrying out risk assessments on new clients enrolling with OnPay and processing all transactions that come in from and go out to our clients and their employees. This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape and create a business function to enhance processes, improve security, and streamline client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client credit limits across our growing client base

• Review of client activity for anomalous behavior

• Transaction execution and reconciliation

• Fastidious recordkeeping throughout daily processes

• Analyze both financial and non-financial data to shape business decisions

• Collaborate with clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for all parties

• Assist clients with queries relating to our business function

• Serve as an escalation point for junior members of the team and complex cases

Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations, or related field

• Aptitude for data analysis

• Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Practical knowledge of transaction processing, specifically ACH and wire transfers

• Understanding of credit risk

• College degree
