Job Description
As an SEM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing multiple brands' SEO and SEM strategies. The job covers a wide variety of duties such as keyword, ad creative, and landing page fundamentals, performance reporting & optimization, A/B & multivariable testing, SEO technical analysis, link building, content strategy planning, and web analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies across multiple brands
- Identify & implement optimization opportunities
- Meet & monitor business KPIs
- Prepare and present metrics, reports, and insights
- Define engineering product requirements
- Keep abreast of the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing developments, and cultivate proprietary knowledge
- Represent SEO & SEM perspective in cross-functional team discussions
- Reports to Marketing Director
- Salary commensurate with relevant experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong process aptitude

- Good time-management & prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or a similar highly analytical, hands-on marketing position
- Knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Working knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a big plus, especially as they relate to SEO & SEM
- Bachelor’s degree required, technical or analytical field of study or equivalent experience preferred
