Position Summary:

Bilfinger Inc. is looking for a Scheduler for our Wisconsin Rapids, WI project, based on site. The position will schedule workflow for each department, operations, and subcontractors to meet scheduled deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, planning/preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors for turnarounds, daily maintenance, and projects.
• Schedulers possess solid knowledge of, and experience with, planning and tracking software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel and others.
• Works with project managers to organize, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system
• Assists project managers with coordinating project timelines
• Assists resource managers with the deployment of resources across multiple projects
• Monitors project timelines and deadlines
• Identifies potential project schedule delays and works with project team to facilitate intervention in a timely manner
• Prepares project progress and performance evaluation reports
• Assists project managers to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress
• Accommodate updates, and changes to project schedules
• Assists project managers with keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines Recommends actions to keep projects within budget and on schedule
• Supports management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems
• Documents project scheduling processes and maintain records
• Assists managers in evaluating project team performance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction, or in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of scheduler experience in a related industry.
• Possess solid knowledge of, and experience with, planning and tracking software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel and others.
