My Independence at Home provides home care services to the elderly and adults with disabilities in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties and is looking to fill the Scheduler position. Details of this role are listed below:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling caregiver call outs during business hours and filling shifts for:
- Scheduled vacation days
- Last minute call outs
- Staff and/or schedule changes
- Weekly reconciliation of client schedules
- Entering data into our client management system
- Coordinating transportation for caregiver staff when needed
- Other duties as assigned

What do you need?
- Minimum 2 to 3 years call center experience
- Sales experience a plus but not required.
- Comfortable engaging people on the phone.
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Minimum of 2 years or more experience as a scheduler/coordinator.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in homecare a plus but not required
- HS Diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid ID
