We are looking to hire a hardworking Experienced Rug/Carpet Cleaning/Restoration Technician to join our cleaning crew. As a Technician, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of the customer, applying stain or cleaning treatments, and ensuring all work is completed to high standards. You may also be required to up-sell services.

To ensure success you should have in-depth knowledge of rug and carpet cleaning products, good communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Ultimately, a top-class Rug/Carpet Cleaning Technician is friendly and efficient while providing a high-quality service.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs.
Assessing the state of the rugs and carpets that need to be cleaned.
Applying the necessary treatments to the rugs & carpets.
Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned, if done on property.
Cleaning carpets and floors using machine and hand-washing techniques.
Drying carpets using drying machines and rack.
Resetting the furniture, if done on property.
Up-selling cleaning services and company products.
Maintaining good customer relations.

Rug/Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician Requirements:
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture.

MUST:

• Pass Drug Screen
• Clear Background Check
• Held Driver License for 3+ years
• Have Social Security Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
