Retail Pharmacy Manager Job at St Francis Hospital
Our company is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a large retail pharmacy, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. An advanced degree and certification in Pharmacy is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a pharmacy and its staff.
- Manage a budget and properly allocate funds.
- Maintain the cleanliness of pharmacy and fixtures.
- Train staff in pharmacy protocol; ensure staff compliance; ensure staff competence.
- Administer immunizations.
- Write prescriptions for antibiotics, painkillers, and other medications.
- Advise patients about medication and health; dispense medication as appropriate.
- Ensure that medications are dispensed properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $99,000.00 - $149,088.42 per year
