We are a small Property Management Company looking to hire a Reservationist and manager. This individual with work directly alongside of the owners of the business and oversee all incoming reservations and guest relations. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and take phone calls 8-5 on weekdays
• Manage Sales goals and Revenue strategy
• Handle booking confirmation & payments
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create sales and promotions
• Oversee sales strategy, lead management and conversion processes with accountability to sales performance
• Evaluate pricing and demand for 21 rental properties
• Communicate with homeowner clients regarding sales performance and needs
• Produce sales reporting and competitive research

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year sales experience
• Experience developing sales strategies
• Understanding of the homeowner/guest relationship as it applies to the property management business
• Proven ability to build strong sales teams

This is a full-time, year-round position with a generous bonus program for meeting or exceeding sales goals. Competitive pay and benefits, including dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and 3 weeks vacation.
