Koch Center, opening in April 2018 at our NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus, will set a new bar in personalized outpatient care - from diagnosis to treatment - by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience. This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and will feature many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways.
With the addition of the David H Koch Center, the Department of Radiation Oncology is expanding and needs your expertise as an Account Representative.
Take on this important role, responsible for ensuring accurate billing to patient accounts and the timely collection of required payments. Assist patients, families and insurance carriers with billing inquiries. Process coding corrections and late charges. Review credit balances and submit refunds as necessary. This shift for this position is 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Preferred Criteria
- Strong customer service skills
- Associates degree
- Bilingual Spanish
Required Criteria
- High School diploma or GED
- One year related experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Solid working knowledge of third party payers
