Forklift parts receptionist/ Office assistant
- Must memorize and be able to sell forklift parts to our clients
- Create invoices and estimates for purchases or future purchases
- Ability to memorize our Quickbooks system (having prior knowledge is a plus)
- Maintain a clean and spacious office enviroment
- Be able to handle incoming calls regarding forklift parts
- Knowledge on clover systems is a plus
- Must have some knowledge on using a computer
- Knowledge on forklift parts is a plus
- must be able to archive files for organization
