- Candidate must possess an understanding of the commercial real estate closing process
- Capable of reading and understanding surveys, title insurance commitments and policies, and preparing closing statements.
- Needs working knowledge of transactional, loan, and closing documentation and familiarity with the various roles of commercial real estate professionals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels of the closing process necessary.
- Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
