PDS Tech is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Project Coordinator to work in Charlotte, NC
Summary:
This person will be responsible for inventory adjustments and the investigation of inventory discrepancies, including negative balances. Responsibility includes but is not limited to answering materials scheduling & Planning, Warehouse (3PL), Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner. Supports basic project management for technical and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include developing productivity tools, managing documentation, tracking schedules.

Job Descriptions:
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors
- Always follow all safety rules and regulations
- Backfill all inventory control team functions as needed
- Project management and coordination
- Process documentation and improvement
- Accountability of the accuracy of inventory
- Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Requirements and Qualifications are but not limited to:
- Minimum 3 year experience (5 years preferred) in positions where accurate data entry is crucial
- Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Proficient with computer knowledge
- Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
- High School Diploma or Equivalent & associate required (bachelor preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience with managing various levels of business and suppliers relationship
Skills:
- Multi-tasking, excel, WMS, IMS, knowledge preferred, fork lift driving (can get certified here), ability to lift 30 lbs, computer skills a must, ability to problem solve
