About the Role:
We are adding to our office locations so that we can serve more clients and change more lives. This position will help launch one of our newest locations.

  • Create, update and maintain documents and workflow processes and systems
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvements and automation efforts
  • Collaborate and meet with team members to ensure information and content is correct and up to date.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Track major incident management processes and ensure adherence to the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Perform periodic QC exercises to ensure all documentation is being adhered to and followed by internal and external controls and parties involved
  • Other Job duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish- Preferred but not required
  • Industrial & Operations Engineer bachelor's degree and at least 2 to 4 years experience as business/process analyst
  • Data driven
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel
  • Organized and detail oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously
  • Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knows how to prioritize tasks while being flexible and adaptable
  • A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Can motivate and work with a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
