B.S. Trucking Inc. is a company based in Colorado that's contracted exclusively with FedEx Ground. We're seeking qualified delivery helpers for routes in Denver, Aurora and Commerce City to help deliver and pick up packages from the business and residential customers we service. We offer a daily flat rate that's paid out weekly!

**We operate 7 days a week and have a rotating schedule so weekend shifts will be assigned from time to time and are mandatory.

**Delivery routes vary in number of pick-ups & deliveries, but route expectations are set for a full day of work

**This is a full time year round delivery helper position

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Efficiently load, pack and organize vehicle for deliveries
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with the on-duty managers
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery progress
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
• Have full knowledge of & abide by safety guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid photo ID
• Ability to read, write & speak English
• Be of legal status to work in the United States (confirmed by E-Verify system)
• Ability to adapt to meet customer needs in a polite and professional manner
• Ability to pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified delivery helper
• Ability to arrive on site at terminal in a timely manner ready to work each work day

Required Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work when it gets dark
• Ability to continually walk at steady pace
