Office Specialist, Primary Care, Full Time Days, St. John's Forest Job at Baptist Health

Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Primary Care office temporarily located on the Baptist South campus. This position will report to work Monday through Friday.
The St. John's Forest office is temporarily located in Medical Office Building 2 at Baptist South until their new office is completed in Fall of 2023. Baptist South is conveniently located on Old St. Augustine Road at I-95. This is a medium-sized office with 4 family medicine providers.
The primary responsibility for the Office Specialist at Baptist Primary Care is to provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:
- Patient registration
- Check in and check out
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Telephone protocols
- Assisting patients as needed
