The Office Coordinator will perform general scheduling and administrative tasks associated with residential solar municipal & third-party inspections across our three markets in Pennsylvania.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of weekly inspection calendar
• Track and organize inspection completion paperwork
• Confirm customers availability for inspection dates & times
• Utilize field-event software to help inspection technicians track inspection results
• Assist senior Inspection Coordinator with other daily tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organizational skills
• Professional written & verbal communication
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable attendance record
• Solar and/or construction operations experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
