Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility - Staff Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants.

We are looking for experienced OTs for our new Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility that opened on September 1, 2022.

This new 36-bed IRF occupies an entire floor of the West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala.

This is a world-class facility and we are looking for extraordinary therapists to help us make this the premiere IRF in central Florida.

Strive! Health and Rehabilitation is the provider of rehab services to West Marion Community Hospital and Ocala Regional Medical Center. You will therefore be working as an employee of a therapist-owned and operated company. We are a progressive, ethical, and well-respected company with a 38-year history in the region.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Florida licensed with at least one year IRF experience.

You must be an exceptional therapist - upbeat, happy by nature with great communication skills and a hunger for excellence.

Mandatory requirement to work 4 weekend days per month ($5.00/ hour weekend shift differential).
