We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and provide excellent therapy services to our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited educational program in occupational therapy.
• Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing.
• Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal program.
• Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
• Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in the practice of their discipline.
• Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF and/or LTC setting.
• Thorough knowledge of all payer source documentation and payment requirements.
• Ability to use analytical skills to develop outcome driven solutions.
• Prior EMR/computer experience.
