Functions:

• Provide HIM support to physicians & other staff
• Process radiology reports daily
• Process all correspondence of physicians
• Complete HIM chart close out assessment & QCL
• Perform expired patient processes within the EMR

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of experience in a medical records a plus
• Clerical / organizational skills a must
• Organized & efficient typing and filing abilities needed
• Must be able to work independently
