Lily of the Desert Nutraceuticals has immediate openings for experienced machine operators at our manufacturing facility conveniently located in Lewisville, TX. LODC Group is a world-class manufacturer in the food and beverage industry and offers co-packing as well as private label manufacturing at our north Texas manufacturing center.

If you have experience working in the food industry with vertical form fill machinery or related equipment, and you are looking for a chance to join an excellent team ---- then we are looking for you NOW! We have openings on both 1st and 2nd shift, with schedules that offer improved work-life balance. Current schedule is Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shifts, with opportunities for OT.

Our operators are responsible for proper machine operation, trouble-shooting, routine maintenance, control of finished product, and documentation of all required quality and performance parameters of the machinery and production line.

Candidates should have 2-5 years direct experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Additional requirements include the following:

• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations in accordance with cGMPs
• Strong mechanical and maintenance background
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment in a timely manner
• Equipment cleaning, routine maintenance and trouble-shooting mechanical issues
• Proven history of good attendance and adherence to safety rules
• Quality inspections of finished products prior to packing
• Communication with supervisor(s) relative to quality, mechanical or personnel issues
