LPN - This candidate will set up meds for the ADULT persons/clients enrolled in our In-home care program all living within the Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan area. The LPN will provide oversite of PCA aides, CNA's, and maintain written communication notes between RN and doctors, notes for changes with client/patient medication and/or care.
