We are immediately looking for a member oriented, professional person to join our team as a Loan Clerk at our Main Office.

This person will be responsible for performing a wide variety of member services and clerical duties related to lending activities.

• Provide professional, friendly and personal service
• Identify an opportunity to cross sell credit union products and services
• Tracks and manages daily vehicle insurance notices. Process all aspects of Collateral Protection Insurance and insurance verification.
• Process all paid off loans, satisfy liens, release titles for paid off vehicles loans accordingly.
• Set up, process and cancel Electronic Cash Management payments.
• Processes member requested loan changes.
• Processes all incoming mail and payments for the Lending department
• Assists with support functions to the department and completes special projects as assigned. Provides backup as necessary.
