Includes our landlords who own investment properties who will need to sell them and will want to sell their existing properties and our current tenants who are looking to purchase a home. It's a consistent and warm book of business.

This role offers much more consistent and repeatable business than being a solo agent. Our book of business and lead sources include:

• Existing Client Owners
• New Property Management Owners
• Tenants (current + former)
• First-time Investors Program

• Call-ins and online inquiries
