Z-Spray Job Description

Looking for self-motivated candidates available for full-time, year around employment with TruGreen Lawn Care. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised while taking pride in their work while displaying a genuine care of providing exceptional customer service. An understanding of lawns and/or the willingness to learn additional knowledge about lawn care as well as a mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repair. In addition to the hourly wages, extra income is earned in sales bonus.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

-Must be able to pull and back a trailer.

-Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

-Must be able to operate and understand the functions of zero-turn equipment.

-Must be able to withstand different environmental conditions such as hot and cold temperatures.

-Must be able to understand and compute basic mathematical calculations.

-Must be able to pass a Kentucky Department of Agriculture test to obtain a pesticide license.

-Must be polite, courteous, sincere and able to talk to customers.
