We pride ourselves on a perfect plus customer experience through trust, honesty, transparency, and availability to our clients. We are currently looking for a Law Clerk to join our team in Arlington!
Ideal candidates will have a can-do, anything-is-possible, the client-comes-first-attitude with the ability to work onsite in our corporate office in Arlington, VA
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Under the direction of an Attorney, the Law Clerk will become familiar with employment-based immigration laws.
- Processing/Drafting H-1Bs
- Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately
- Conducting Legal research
- Compiling supporting documentation
- Writing detailed persuasive letters
Ideal Candidates:
- Recent law graduate
- Strong interest in persuasive writing
- Detail-oriented, organized and energetic attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom soon to be Litify, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs
EIG Cap Season includes a variety of fun events, lunch on Fridays and a good group of people. We are looking for people interested in getting the work done no matter what it takes, and realizing that this is going to be long hours, nights and weekends.
