We are looking to hire an experienced landscaping professional to provide our customers with an exceptional experience creating their dream outdoor space. This position will come with unlimited growth and earning opportunities! This position would increase our design/build salesman team to two, plus we have a full time designer to assist with producing the best designs in Omaha!

Ground Builders is known for being an exceptional contractor, we receive an abundant amount of quality leads that will be provided to you. Many of these leads are from existing clients, referrals from past clients or our partnerships with high end pool and home builders. These referral sources combined with our strong reputation and excellent marketing provide endless sales opportunities!

This is a sales/design position, we have experienced project managers to schedule, manage and quality control the installation process. This process ensures our clients always have a focused person on their needs and allows you to stay focused on new projects and sales.

Job Duties include the following:

• Consultations and meetings with clients
• Develop and maintain relationships
• Creating estimates to meet client budgets
• Creating beautiful designs to bring our clients ideas to life
• Material ordering
• Answer questions for our production team before and during installation
• Put together estimates for change orders that require them
• Create final invoices
• Attend weekly meetings (Sales, scheduling and staff)
• Snow removal in the winter months (Additional compensation for snow removal)

• Snow removal in the winter months
