Responsibilities
- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of CCWIS intake and investigation modules.
- Collaborates with the CCWIS project team, both functional and technical, to manage the product functional development of the solution.
- Works collaboratively with the CCWIS system integrator vendor.
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including reporting/analytics, design/user experience, IT, and user enablement.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Works with testing teams to verify adherence to user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting functional objectives.
Qualifications
- Communication: Have the ability to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e., project team meetings, management presentations, etc.). Must have the ability to effectively listen and process information provided by others.
- Customer Service: Works well with clients and customers (i.e., business office, public, or other agencies). Able to assess the needs of the customer, provide information or assistance to satisfy expectations or resolve a problem.
- Decision Making: Makes sound, well-informed, and objective decisions.
- Flexibility: Is open to change, new processes (or process improvement), and new information. Has the ability to adapt in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles. - Leadership: Motivates, encourages, and challenges others. Is able to adapt leadership styles in a variety of situations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
