This position will report directly to the Inside Sales Supervisor and will be based in a home office.

Responsibilities:

• Manages scheduling and assignment of installation work orders.
• Interacts with contracted install technicians as well as our Business Development Managers to schedule sales installations, service requests and other customer needs as necessary.
• Manages caseload associated with contractor work orders as well as processing technician work order approvals and payments to meet service level agreements.
• Achieve monthly quotas through ensuring contractor installs are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Responsible in meeting response time service level agreements for internal customer related inquiries
• Actively works service and repair and install dashboards to monitor at risk work orders as well as respond to technician inquires.
• Works directly with Inside Sales Representatives to understand current sales volume and scheduling needs while ensuring all standard operational processes are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus
• Inside sales or scheduling experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

• Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)
• Keyboarding (40-60%)
• Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (40-60%)

Work Environment:
Work is performed in a business or home office environment.

Compensation:
