Introduction:
Castle Cleaners is currently hiring a INDEPENDENT CLEANING VENDOR for the following service area of [the greater Houston area].
Core Hours: [8AM - 7PM]
Schedule A: Mon, Tue, Wed
Schedule B: Wed, Thurs, Fri
*Occasionally, there will also be the opportunity to work additional shifts and Saturdays (optional).
*However, you can set your own business hours within our core business hours.

Compensation:
We pay by the job via a lucrative fixed (%) of our company's revenue as a fee to our cleaning staff. This will result in a hourly compensation RANGE of:
Per Cleaner: $25 - $34 per hour + cash tips
To Team Lead: $65 monthly performance bonus (pay incentive)
Each home can take an estimated time of 2 – 4.5 hours to complete. If you finish earlier like many of our current cleaning vendors do, you will still receive pay for the full estimated time.

NOTE: You will need to have your own cleaning partner who can help you clean our homes (friends, family or spouse).
*Excellent Pay For Married Couples!
NOTE: We do not pay for drive time as we use sophisticated software to automatically find the shortest distance between jobs on the schedule using your home address.
NOTE: Our company is the elite of the elite in the house cleaning industry (many 5 star google reviews and many talented happy cleaning staff).

Requirement #1: Candidates must be professional, reliable and trustworthy.
Requirement #2: We choose to only work with cleaning vendors that have a cleaning partner who can help clean our homes. If you do not have one, you will need to apply when you do.
Requirement #3: You will need to have your own cleaning supplies, reliable transportation and must be capable of performing the following services listed below on any given day:

Bathrooms
- Clean Mirrors
- Polish Chrome Faucets, Shower Heads, Handles
- Scrub and Disinfect All Bathroom Surfaces, Toilets, Bathtubs, Showers, Sinks
Kitchens
- Clean Outside Appliances
- Clean Inside Microwave
- Place Dishes in Dishwashers
- Scrub and Disinfect, All Kitchen Surfaces and Sinks
Bedrooms
- Change Bed Linens
- Make Beds
Additional Cleaning Items:
- Sweep Front & Back Porches
- Deep Clean Baseboards
- Clean Kitchen Cabinets & Drawers Inside and Out
- Clean Interior Windows
- Clean Oven & Oven Trays
- Clean Fridge & Freezer
- Laundry Service (Wash, Dry and Fold)
Must be able to complete a criminal background check. You will need to be able to pay for your own criminal background check.
In providing services to our company it is agreed in writing that you (the contractor) are acting as an independent business entity and are not considered to be an employee of Castle Cleaners LLC. Castle Cleaners LLC holds no work exclusivity rights for each independent contractor who provides services to our company. All contractors will be responsible for paying, and complying with reporting requirements for all local, state and federal taxes related to any distributions made to you (the contractor) by Castle Cleaners LLC.
