Business Development Specialist Job Duties:

Account Management: Servicing and maintaining existing clients through building rapport over the phone, email, handwritten cards, etc

Administration & Reporting: Diligently update all activity with prospects and customer each day in the company Eclipse system. Provide management with all required reporting and forecasting.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services.

Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Able to travel up to 25% of the time; sometimes with very little notice

Up to 25% of times in marketing and advertising maintenance, such as updating website, social media, and online ads presence.

Skills/Qualifications: Fluent in English and Cantonese, conversant in Mandarin,Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, Basic website maintenance and Social Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
