Bilingual Customer Service Rep Job at Security Systems, Inc.
We are searching for a dynamic customer care specialists that will connect with our customers in order to increase loyalty and retain their business. In this position, you will interact directly with our customers to learn about their problems, how we can enhance our products or services, and how we can keep their business.
A convincing approach, good client connection skills, and a love for sales are all necessary for success as a customer care specialist. Customer care specialists will communicate with customers or workers over the phone and must often find quick solutions to challenges they encounter.
Responsibilities
- Customer and sales representative communication.
- Answering incoming calls and data entry.
- Customers are being negotiated with in order to renew contracts and keep their business.
- Developing positive customer and business associate relationships.

- Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Strong ability to resolve conflicts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
