Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Within the Member Account Management Division (MAMD), the Person Merge and Account Adjustment Unit is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and researching discrepancies in member’s service credit accrual and perform person merges for duplicate account creations. Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager, the incumbent will also review and respond to inquiries as assigned and perform a variety of analytical assignments for the Person Merge and Account Adjustments Unit including service credit breakdown requests, annual member statements, member account balances, first eligible requests, etc. Please review the duty statement for more details about this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,518.00 - $6,907.00 per month
